Order Processing and Information

  • Orders placed before 3 pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3 pm or on Saturdays will be dispatched on the next working day.

  • All orders are processed and delivered within the UK only.

  • We post all orders via Royal Mail (we reserve the right to change our delivery company at any time and without prior notification).

  • Delivery costs depend on the weight of your order (the number of milestone boxes you buy):

    • Up to and including 2kg (1-2 milestone card box) - £4.99

    • Up to and including 20kg (more than 2 milestone card box) - £8.99

 

Delivery Times

  • 2-5 working days

 

Packaging

  • Your order will be carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

 

Delivery Terms

  • All weights, prices and times are approximate and subject to change based on Royal Mail’s current rates.

  • We reserve the right to change our delivery company or delivery processes at any time and without prior notification.

Something not quite right?

 

Return of your purchase(s)

If you are not happy with your purchase, you will need to contact us via email or using the contact us page within five days of receiving your items. You will need to return the items to us at your own cost within the stipulated time frame.


Items must be returned:

  • In original condition, with the original packaging where possible, and without being damaged or used.

  • We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service — we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof of return), to the original payment method providing the returns terms are adhered to as stipulated above.

 

Delivery costs cannot be refunded

 

Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to appear in your account.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item(s) arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item(s) with clear photos and a description of the issue.
We will discuss with you whether there will be a:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (including delivery costs), or

  • A negotiated partial refund if appropriate

 

We may request that faulty items be returned.

 

Exclusions

The following cannot be returned under normal change-of-mind returns:

  • Items that are used or clearly personalised

  • Items not returned in the original condition
